On Wednesday, August 20, 2025, Professor Dr. Sherzad Sabri Ali delivered a seminar entitled "Scientific Research within the Framework of Research Lines: A Consultative Vision for Project Implementation at the University of Duhok" to members of the university council, directors of research centers, and a number of researchers at the University of Duhok.

During the seminar, the following topics were discussed:

First: The concept of research lines and the benefits arising from the adoption of these lines by the scientific departments and research centers at the University of Duhok in their scientific research during the upcoming academic year.

Second: The steps for determining research lines.

Following the conclusion of the seminar, participants provided their observations, opinions, and suggestions regarding the research lines. At the same time, the university council and participants congratulated both the assistant dean and the heads of scientific departments affiliated with the Scientific Research Center administration on their appointment to their new positions.
